Position Summery(役職概要): ・ Define the product, pricing, customer selection, and sales strategies for the region and lead the sales team in the region to promote business growth and and achieve annual sales target.
Responsibilities(職務内容): ・ Define, monitor and drive sales strategy for the region ・ Manage sales managers to ensure they meet their individual sales targets ・ Identify new markets and customers for future business growth ・ Manage and motivate management teams to drive sales teams to achieve sales targets ・ Recommend new product development for business units ・ Define customer growth strategy ・ Align company’s business strategy with sales targets
Knowledge and skills(知識とスキル): ・ 10 to 15 years of related business experience, with at least 5 years of management experience in sizable organization in industrial field, with sales and business development exposure in the region ・ Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing business strategies in the region ・ Strong skills in strategic marketing, customer relationship management, sales management, project management, as well as setting up pricing strategy and developing customer segmentation ・ Strong leadership and business acumen ・ In-depth knowledge of the market ・ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
